Area Sales Manager: Northern Ireland. Responsibilities. To work closely with our existing customers to meet and exceed targets. Prepare and executive an annual business plan, reporting and forecasting results. To proactively work to identify new customers and new sales channels. To proactively develop and sell promotional programmes. To schedule sales appointments in our showrooms on a daily basis. To work closely with our Purchasing team on new product development and implementation within the market. To achieve new listings in all accounts across multiple sales channels. Ensure that credit terms are implemented in line with the business. Skills/Experience Required. Proven Track record in Commercial Business Development and Account Management, Past Expereince of selling into retail, product knowledge in Homewares and or DIY products. Excellent time management and Relationship management skill set: Customer Focus. Focus in Sales planning and forecasting. Strong IT and Analytical skill set, with key understanding of commerical sales cycle.
