As a Permanent Secretary, you will have a demanding but rewarding position which is focused on making a real and positive difference to people’s lives. You will play a pivotal role supporting the NI Executive Ministers in developing policies and transforming the delivery of public services.   Our immediate vacancies are in the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, however further Permanent Secretary appointments may be made from this competition. You will bring a track record of senior leadership and management achievement, demonstrating innovation and making sense of organisational challenges.    If you feel you have the necessary skills, experience, energy and resilience, irrespective of your background which may be in any sector or industry, we would like to hear from you.
